Healing is most effective when the brain and nervous system feel safe enough to change. At Integrated Pathways Group, we use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches that support regulation, emotional processing, and healthier connection — for individuals, couples, and families.

Imago Relationship/Attachment Therapy (IRT)

Imago Relationship/Attachment Therapy (IRT)

Imago Relationship Therapy focuses on strengthening connection through conscious communication, emotional safety, and understanding. The goal is to help partners and family members move out of reactive patterns and into more intentional, supportive ways of relating. Through structured dialogue and guided communication, Imago helps build trust, deepen empathy, and foster secure connection. These skills support healthier relationships not only between partners, but also within families and across generations.

IASIS Neurofeedback (MCN) Gentle Regulation

IASIS Neurofeedback (MCN) Gentle Regulation

IASIS MicroCurrent Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, gentle approach designed to support nervous system regulation and brain flexibility. Unlike traditional talk therapy, IASIS works directly with brainwave activity without requiring conscious effort from the client. Using an FDA-registered EEG device, brief microcurrent stimulation is applied to help the brain disengage from stuck or dysregulated patterns while allowing healthy patterns to remain intact. Many clients experience improved regulation, clarity, and emotional balance over time. What clients often notice Improved sleep and focus Reduced stress and emotional reactivity Greater nervous system regulation Increased resilience and well-being Session information Sessions typically last about 30 minutes. While some clients notice changes within a few sessions, a series of sessions is often recommended for lasting benefit. Care is always individualized based on each client’s needs.

Nervous System Regulation-Gray's3

Nervous System Regulation-Gray's3

Gray’s 3™ is a simple, brain-body regulation practice designed to help calm the stress response and restore balance. This guided tool supports nervous system regulation through grounding, breath, and awareness — making it accessible for individuals, couples, and families. Gray’s 3™ is often integrated into therapy sessions and workshops as a practical skill clients can use in everyday life to reduce stress and feel more grounded.

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)

Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a well-established, evidence-based therapy that helps individuals safely process distressing experiences and unresolved trauma. By supporting the brain’s natural processing system, EMDR reduces the emotional intensity of painful memories while strengthening adaptive beliefs and coping skills. EMDR is used to support individuals of various ages who are experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, and emotional overwhelm, helping them move forward with greater ease and resilience.
