Our Focus
Everyone’s journey toward healing looks different — but no one should walk it alone.
We support individuals, couples, and families who are navigating:
  • Anxiety and chronic stress
  • Trauma and emotional overwhelm
  • Relationship disconnection and communication struggles
  • Nervous system dysregulation
Our approach is grounded, compassionate, and designed to meet the brain where it is — not where we think it “should” be.

Our Philosophy
Integrated Pathways Group was created from a shared belief: healing happens when the nervous system feels safe enough to change.
We work from a trauma-informed, integrative perspective that honors the connection between brain, body, emotions, and relationships. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we support regulation, awareness, and connection — allowing meaningful and lasting change to unfold.

Our Approach
Stress, trauma, and relational wounds can disrupt the nervous system, leaving people feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and others.

We use non-invasive, evidence-informed approaches designed to help calm the nervous system and support the brain and body’s natural capacity to heal. Through this work, clients gain greater regulation, clarity, and resilience, while also learning practical skills for coping and communicating more effectively.
We integrate:
  • Brain-body nervous system regulation
  • Trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR
  • Imago Relationship Therapy and attachment-focused care
  • IASIS MicroCurrent Neurofeedback
  • Mindfulness and body-based awareness
Each person’s path is unique. Our work is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to individual and relational needs.

Connection at the Core
Healing does not happen in isolation.
Our relationship-focused work is informed by Imago Relationship Therapy, including the principles outlined in Love That Works by Saundra Dickinson. Imago emphasizes conscious communication, understanding, and emotional safety — skills that help individuals and couples move out of reactivity and into connection.
By integrating nervous system regulation with relationship care, clients are better able to stay present, engaged, and open to growth. Through these approaches, clients not only learn to tolerate and move through difficult feelings but also gain practical skills for coping and communicating more effectively. These strategies help cultivate lasting regulation, stronger connections, and new beginnings.

Meet the Founders

Integrated Pathways Group was founded through a shared passion for helping individuals, couples, and families reconnect — with themselves, with one another, and with a sense of safety and meaning in their lives. Our work is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s capacity for healing and growth.

Our Shared Commitment

Together, we bring an integrative, trauma-informed perspective that blends nervous system regulation with relationship-centered care for individuals, couples, and families. We believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to explore, learn new ways of coping and communicating, and reconnect with what matters most.
